Welcome to Putting Your Cards On The Table ("the App", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the App — including browsing decks, creating cards, sending or scheduling cards, or purchasing a subscription or deck pack — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App lets you personalize and share digital playing cards containing quotes, custom messages, photos, and voice notes with people you choose, through channels such as text message, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and email. Sharing to those channels happens from your own device and account on those platforms; we do not send messages on your behalf from your personal accounts.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Certain decks are marked as mature ("Intimate", "Freaky", and similar) and are intended strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By opening a mature deck you confirm that you are 18+. You are responsible for ensuring that recipients of mature content are adults who consent to receiving it.

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your device and account secure, and notify us at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized use.

Premium features are available via paid plans (for example, monthly or yearly Premium) and one-time themed deck packs. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Promotional discounts (such as install welcome offers) apply only as described at the time of the offer.

Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose, at our discretion, to issue a refund. To ask about a refund, contact us at the email below.

You keep ownership of the messages, photos, and voice notes you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the App — for example, hosting a photo card so the person you sent it to can view it.

You agree not to create or share content that:

• harasses, threatens, or bullies any person;
• is sent to someone who has asked you to stop contacting them;
• contains sexual content involving minors, or is sent to a minor;
• infringes someone else's copyright or privacy;
• is unlawful, deceptive, or malicious.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Scheduled cards are prepared at the time you choose and, for most channels, require a final tap from you to send (a platform requirement of Apple, Google, and Meta — not a limitation we control). If you provide a recipient's app account email, the card may also be delivered to their in-app inbox automatically. You are responsible for the content and timing of what you schedule.

The App's name, design, deck artwork, card designs, quote collections, and software are owned by Putting Your Cards On The Table and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from them without written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, seen, or received at any particular time, or that third-party platforms (SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, email) will display or link content correctly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Putting Your Cards On The Table will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or relationships, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law rules.
